The ability of Rival Damian’s Delta Luxray in the Dream Realm, on hard difficulty having chosen Delta Charmander is stated to be Poison Touch. After being bonked and him healing from Vampiric I believe this to be incorrect. I can not comment on the other starter choices.
I can also add me and a friend were playing alongside each other and both had this same experience, sadly we chose the same starter so still no input on the others.
