I’m quite new to the game, and I’m searching for different kinds of Pokémon to have some options later on in the game. I know I can catch Feebas, but I was wondering if I can evolve it into Milotic too? And if so, how? Is there a Prism Scale somewhere, or…?

Yeah you can buy prism scales at the department store.

Also, there will be Mega Milotic in the next version of the game. It’s a Water/Fairy type and it has a great ability as well.
