I want to load a previous save file

My game is not loading and It says that you should download the core again. If I Do it will I lose my Data?

The save files (found in C:\Users\[User Name]\Saved Games\Pokemon Insurgence) are located separately from the game (which is wherever you put it after downloading it). As such, deleting and reloading the core should be fine, since the save files are untouched.
