I need help! No delta starters

Hello, I just started to play Pokémon insurgence 2 days ago, and I think my game has a problem, when it’s time to select my starter, there is no delta Pokémons! (I deleted and reinstalled the game almost 4 times, but still nothink), my rival has got his own delta starter, but mine it’s just an original charmander, nothink special, plz help me!

Your game has purity mode.To turn it off, go to options and turn PURITY MODE off.It should fix it.

i need to make new save file aswell?
