A couple delta pokemon need berries to get, where do I obtain barries?

If you’re talking about Delta Litwick, it needs Oran berries which you can get from the Sonata Tracks with the right berry sponsor

No problem, just be aware that you can’t get every berry through this method This wiki page shows which rewards are available.
Also, there’s a lady in Utira Town who will give you a random berry every day, though you probably shouldn’t rely on that.
