anyone know the quickest way to get an iv stone or willing to trade with some negotiation

(im trying to build a god tier delta gardevior)

if you have access to the battle frontier, use that. if not, smashing rocks in midna mine or korril town is prob your best option

  2. don’t have any pokemon with rock smash

you dont need rock smash, just a pokemon with a non-status fighting type move
