i beat E4 , i also beat down Zygarde 100% but when i go back to perfection cult base it’s empty … i watch some vid on yt and police are suposed to be their . what am i doing wrong

have you completed the holon quest? from what I know, you need to finish the holon quest, head back to the perfection base, see rekura’s note, go through the void gauntlet again, beat rekura, beat/capture arceus, and only then will you be able to go to the previously locked door, read the diaries, and find the lab key. otherwise it isn’t possible.

also beating rekura in the void gauntlet is the only way to challenge the e4 again, and unlock some ultra post game stuff, like xerneas, yveltal, delta hoopa and such(emolga taxi), so you really need to beat rekura again.
