How to soft reset?

I was wanting to soft reset for a shiny Volcanion, but I don’t know how to soft reset, so how do you do it?

Press F12 on your keyboard. If you dont want the screech every time, just put your computer on mute lol. Good luck~

Another way to stop the screech is to disable I believe the bottom button on the f1 menu
