How to import pokemon team into battle simulator

hey, trying out the battle simulator, but how can you import your pokemon team?

Go to the teambuilder. There should be an button with ‘Import’ below your teams. Click it and paste your code into it.

how and where do you get the code? Do you have to go into the game to find it?

You have to get it from exporting Pokemon Showdown or Insurgence Simulator team. If you don’t have a code, you have to input your team manually.

Sry, I’m very new to this, but how to you input your team manually, just write up their stats and abilities? Also how do I use delta pokemon on showdown. Never mind, found out how.
