Catch some Dittos till you get at least a 2 perfect IV one and get 4 IV Stones to use on it. I am not trading Dittos.

You first need a 6IV ditto. Then, breed the ditto with the pokemon you want while the ditto holds a destiny knot. Once a pokemon with 4+ IVs hatches, put that one in the daycare instead of the non-ditto parent that is already in there. Then you should have a good chance of getting a 5IV and a small chance of getting a 6IV.

Well, either that or ask a breeder for a 5IV one and IV stone the last IV.
