So my delta volcarona has levitate and I want it to have its hidden ability is there anyway I can get hidden ability volcarona

First, levitate is the better ability for Delta volc.
Second, if u still want to give it its HA, go get a dream mist and talk to the dream guru in Gaea Town, he’ll give one of your mons its HA in exchange for a dream mist

If I change my ability to absolution will I be able to change it into levitate again with another dream mist?

Yes, in the dream realm, there is some guy that will change back one of your mons ha to one of each regular abilities, in exchange for a dream mist
