Sorry to be a bother but I have the honey and have located the sky garden, i’ve searched every spot up top but have only found one bald man that talks about Auguor. Does there need to be some sort of check that needs to meet?

The npc should be on ground floor of suntouched city first if u never talk to him then after that he will be on top part near flower garden.
