I’m pretty sure you can’t get the 10% one.

well thats sad but if they give it to gail and zyguarde is obtainable it should make sense to give access to it but thanks

You can change the Zygarde forms (10% and 50%) by interacting with the Zygarde in Terminus Cave having a Zygarde in your party, but if you want the 100% Zygarde you need to collect all Zygarde cells and cores.
