I been looking how to obtain a sheere force totodile but i couldnt find any helpfull info if someone can help me with that cuestion i will be very grateful.

You could use a Dream Mist to change any Totodile’s ability ^^

That is not available till the post game though, so if you aren’t finished with the main story you will need to trade for it.
