How much time does it take to hunt a shiny legend

it really depends, it took me around a month to get shiny rayquaza, a few days for keldeo, and around a week for ho oh and then around a month or so for UFI. Now I’m on victini and I’ve been at it for ~4 months now

To add to this, if you plan on shiny hunting any of the roamers, you can’t catch them if they’re already registered in your dex (for example, if someone traded you one or you got one off of WT). Which means you’d have to hunt them full odds, which could take a nauseatingly long time. If you don’t care about getting them shiny, you can completely ignore this haha. Pokepon is an option if you want to make a caught legend shiny, but with only 1 attempt per 20 minutes, it’s not super efficient.

you can easly get one of the tree roaming shiny legends by not initiating the mission 5 of brodcast tower untill you have alredy caught arcues and then saving in front of dieno

but creselia is more difficult

If memory serves, that was removed from the more recent versions of the game, though.

My shiny d.charmander took 3 days while d.muchlax is taking weeks so it’s all rng. Im SR so the odds are the same as a shiny legend

Depends. Here’s a list gia made which is pretty accurate I think
Good Nature Shinies: 5-6 Bredmons/ IV Stones
Hidden Power [Insert Type Name] Shinies: Good Natured Shinies, and IV stones
Egg Move Shinies: Other Shinies, and maybe IV stones
Bad Natured Delta: At Least 13 IV Stones/ 2-3 Regular Shinies/ Another Bad Shiny Delta
Good Natured Deltas: At least 15 IV Stones/ 3 Regular Shinies/ Good Natured Shiny Delta
Shiny Legends:
Good Natured ones: at least 30 IV Stones (lol) / 5-6 Regular Shinies/3 Deltas
Bad Natured ones: 26 IV Stones or more / 4-5 Regular Shinies/ 2-3 Shiny Deltas (Depends on the person your trading with)
