There’s a 1/5 chance of getting it with HA from the friend safari. You can also just give dream mist to the dream guru in Gaea Town if you wanna convert a normal greninja into HA.

Hidden Ability. You can visit the friend safaris of other people by going to the cave in the back. The wiki has a name for every friend safari mon.

i thought you only need 6 bAdges to find tier 3 either all my luck ran out with the frogadier or im doing something wrong
Only Pokémon from the first "slot" will be available until the trainer has six Gym Badges, at which point two "slots" are available. The third and final "slot" is unlocked after defeating the Elite Four for the first time.
