It’s almost the same as using pokemon showdown, other people need to be online at the same time as well.
Click on another person's name, and challenge them.
Select the format/tier, select your team, select preferred clauses and click challenge again. It'll take you to battle if your team is valid/legal for the selected tier.
You need to make teams using the team builder, either make them manually or export them from showdown.
