Title pretty much says it all - when you buy the trainer, it says Level 1, so i assume there’s level 2 and 3, which give out respective EV amounts, no?
You don’t. It says it’s level 1 because I believe there were tiers in Z/O and it was a recycled asset that was nerfed by losing it’s possible upgrades.
