How do i obbtain a crystal piece/shard?

Just by playing through the game. If you’re looking for the fragment, that’s post game as well as a fourth useless shard. The Pokémon who use the pieces are giratina, arceus, and regigigas. Delta metagross ruin uses the fragment.
