I’m in Narra Town and I talked to the guy that came out of the cave, but now what do I do?

Go to amphrite city cave again. To the same place where you found Mew.

I went there but nothing is there, I mean when you first go to the border entrance and that guy comes out and talks to you, thats all ive done and I dont know what to do next

I may have the details fuzzy. If you went to the same spot where you met King Veresyn and saw nothing, I think you gotta go to the darkrai cultist base. Not too sure though.
