Use dragon claw on a dragon type physical attacker instead.
If you want to break Kyla appart, use Taunt.
Her main strategy is based around boosting moves and status. So, by using taunt on her Smeargle, you acrually shuts down her main chain starter. Trace Gardevoir and Gengar are both very strong against her and the rest of the E4.
Plus, her Mega Slowbro is immuned to crits.

Still, slowbro will make you ragequit. Use gengar.
high crit chance isn’t really a thing when it’s a NORMAL type 70 bp move
