you can get masterballs in sonata tracks, you can also get one if you return to darkrai cult base with seed flare and surf (can only be accessed after getting to narra town), you can get another one (along with a manaphy) after the events of saving damian quest by talking to diana and going to persephone, you can get one from professor pine after witnessing the events on delta regice’s cave (during the holon quest). @poke
