I was looking around at all the things that I could do, and accidentally put up a pokemon in the GTS that I would like to cancel. Not worried about anyone taking it but I don’t want to accidentally put on up again.
You can’t. You’ll have to find somebody else who meets the requirements and manually trades it back to you.
