How can i get the Tm 125 rock climb?

I already have almost all the Tm´s but I need to climb rocks in the wiki says that it is located in the city of narra.

but i can’t find it

You need to head to Midna Town and talk to the Black Belt in the north of town, and he’ll give you TM128 Work Up. After that, he’ll head to the Narra Town Pokemon Center, and if you talk to him then, he’ll give you TM125 Rock Climb.
