On Politoed, Rest>Bulldoze, Hypnosis/Encore/Toxic over Rain Dance, Scald over Surf, and Ice Beam is ok, you can replace it with any of the three status moves. Rest is OK, cuz you dont need to sit around in the rain, just swap. Spread is Calm, 248 HP, 164 SpD, 96 Spe.

Ice Punch is preferred over Rock Slide on M. Swampert, and Power-Up Punch or Superpower is better than Bide. Also, put the 4 into Def, not SpD. You could also run Stealth Rock over the fighting move.

Kingdra should be Specs, not Scarf, it’s fast enough as is. Scald>Surf, Ice Beam>Iron Head. Suggested spread is 28 HP, 252 SpA, 228 Spe.

Keldeo is a special attacker, if you want a physical attacker, use Kabutops.

To add, you get walled by Cradily, which is why you need Secret Sword Keld and Superpower/Ice Punch on M. Swampert. And seriously, when you use Gen 5/6 rain, set rain, maybe status, then swap.
