I asked this before and nobody responded so I’ll ask again. Are their any NPC’s who tell you what type of Hidden Power your Pokemon can have?
I don’t think there’s an NPC for that. You could see your own Pokemon’s IVs, though, so you could just try using a Hidden Power calculator, like this one.
