Hidden Grotto Annoying Issue

So i went into a hidden grotto, saw a spritzee and tried to battle it. Who shows up? RAIKOU. HE IS SO OBSESSED WITH ME! Ugh, im too poor to catch the dogs, i just wanted a spritzee man ;(

You must be playing on Randomizer mode. When you’re playing on Randomizer mode you’ll get a random Pokemon, not matter what the sprite in the field is.

Nope. The three legendary beasts can replace practically any wild encounter, even legends.

so one day i could be resetting to get a shiny and when i finally get it its onna be a raikou -_-

I feel it’s a shiny, at least you’ll get a shiny raikou for your troubles. If it really bothers you that much, catch him along with the other beasts.
