I don’t mind if there are some non-deltas! I just wanted to try mostly deltas for the novelty

I just feel like if you don’t use deltas, you are missing out on a large chunk of the game.

Imo, most fire deltas suck

I propose a team of:

  • Mega Typhlosion
  • Choice Scarf Delta Gardevoir
  • Gengar
  • Delta Snorlax / Delta Haxorus / Delta Venusaur
  • Armored Tyranitar
  • Sand Rush Excadrill

That way, you have 3 delta, 1 Armored and a solid matchup against most battles.

I think I’ll try mega Typhlosion, that’s still pretty novel. And if the game is as fun as I think it will be I’ll have plenty of play throughs with different deltas. What sorts of sets should I be looking for in typhlosion?

imo there are new megas to use, armored pkmn, and there is nothing wrong with new pkmn

Heya @Twiltimicket ! Welcome to the community, I see you’re building a team for a playthrough! Which is great, some of these deltas that you were suggested for a team are mid game, if you need any pokemon, don’t be afraid to ask!

You guys are all seriously so amazing! I’m just gonna hop in and get started then learn as I go. I appreciate the builds! I’ll look more into the IV/EV stuff later once I’m a little in, is that a good idea?

you don’t really have to worry about that until the champion, natures are more important imo

edit: you can buy EV reducing berries pretty early so I would just have fun
