So, I recently had to wipe my computer as it was running at a less than favorable pace (Constant 100% disk usage. Fun times.)
Anyway, one of the few things I wanted to keep was my insurgence save, so naturally, I put it on Google Drive as it was the only method I had at the time.
I just moved the game back to my computer, and when I try to run the game, it stays at a constant black screen.
Are all the files for the game fucked? Because I’m find with reinstalling a new core of the game, but my save is irreplaceable. So is it just the game, or the save too?
Toshiba Satellite, its a few years old, but I could open the game and everything just fine before the wipe, which is why I’m worried about my save being corrupted by the transfer to Drive
C:\Users(your name)\Saved Games\Pokemon Insurgence
Should be named Game.rxdata. Depending on which slot you used, it might be Game_1.rxdata or Game_2.rxdata
If you don’t have the save file, then nope. Hope you didn’t get any shinies or something rare on it. I don’t know about windows, but on Mac there is a time machine that you can back up your computer and reset it to that time…if there is something on your computer like that, you may be able to recover it?
unfortunately, no, im using windows, the only shiny i had was a sableye, but I had every delta, I was trained up to level 70-80 with my team, I had Shiftrite and Reuniclite… ■■■■…
