I can’t seem to find heavy duty boots and nothing is there on the wiki

You won`t find them.

Pokemon Insurgence is based on the 6th gen games ORAS, the heavy duty boots are from the 8th gen.

thanks. Can I ask another question though (It’s a stupid one), What happens if you toss the crystal pieces?
I did not wanna try it in case something happened.

If you toss them… then nothing happen. You just lost them, unable to retrieve them back.

Make sure that you’re on version 1.2.7 as well (most recent version), as them being tossable has now since been fixed.
