That aside, I just unlocked the Heart Swap ability and I was wondering if there was a comprehensive list of all the places you could use it? I’m afraid I’m terrible at remembering and Google turned up nothing!

It’s been a couple days so you’ve probably figured this out already… but I just got Heart Swap too so decided to go back and look for stuff. There’s actually not many! This may not include everything, but should be most of it…
Midna Mine – to get Absolite
Samsara Cave – to get TM48 (Scald)
Murk Forest – to fight last Ariados before fighting Spider D.Metang, and to reach Spider D.Metagrossite
Route 14 (north) – to get TM18 (Rain Dance)
Route 14 (south) – to get a great ball, hyper potion, and Garchompite. For some reason I also found a lvl25 Hypno (some lady in Amphitrite City I think asks you to find it for her on Route 14) while surfing around near the Garchompite? Not sure if it’s just in the water there or anywhere on the route. However the lady gives your a Magcargonite for the Hypno
Mount Rose (shortly after getting through the ex-Infernal checkpoint) – to get a Shiftrite, and access to a Meloetta song thing
Deyraan Town – to access Deyraan Cave and move forward
