The healing move tutor in Sonata City doesn’t work. I can’t teach Mew or Clefable SoftBoiled and I can’t teach Audino Wish, despite the move tutor offering to teach those moves. On a side note, Blissey can’t learn Seismic Toss or Counter from the move tutor in Nexa Town either, which I don’t mind so much - he makes up for it by teaching Raikou Aura Sphere - but I thought it was worth mentioning.
This is a glitch in 1.2.3 and it is patched in the discord only test patch for 1.2.4.1
