I’ve seen lots of posts of dyed hair lagging behind, and I haven’t experienced this issue. However, I dyed my hair, then after leaving the mall, my character became bald and lost his backpack (I had also tested the backpacks, but I only selected the one I already had). I checked in the files, and apparently the update in-game for some reason deleted the files for the clothing/hair options I put on.
