She kinda broke the rooftop during her fall. There is that, and a 2 story high fall will either kill (about a 4% fatality rate for the fall alone) or very severally injure her. Having a fatal wound is plausible, and a Pecha Berry wouldn’t be enough in my opinion. Since she can speak and probably didn’t roll during the landing, she will be severally injured. If she fell on the face, she would have a broken nose, concussion, broken ribs, maybe the hips and maybe the harms if she tried to slow her down by reflex. She would also have spine injuries so I would recommend her to stop asking and go to the hospital.
