For the first gym, on route 2 or 3, you can fish a totodile, level it up and you got an answer for dem fire types mon. I’m gonna leave you hanging for the grass types though

For Xavier’s gym, you can get a ponyta on the route before the city. Level it up and prepare to sweep.

Funfact: Delta Gardevoir can also help against Rayquaza

Note: I never played Hard Mode whatever i said only works in Normal Mode and obviously in Easy Mode
