Can you give more context? What sort of role are you looking to fill? Do you have a team or are you looking to make one around the ice or electric mon?

I would recomend you to take Delta Gardevoir/Gallade (Chose special or physical) or Delta Scizor / Scyther. You can get both rather early in the game. ^^

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend either. Mold Breaker EQ from Exca or Hax would take out half your party at that point. I would recommend a good Grass type instead. Delta Aurorus makes a good pair with Delta Aggron. If not, D. Metagross ruin, D. Snorlax and Ferrothorn are great options.

I originally thought of running with Ruin Metagross but then just thought that maybe getting one of these types would be better. Thanks for the info!
