I decided to use this mon for e4. whats a good moveset 4 it?
(DO NOT MENTION D. HAXORUS, NOT USING IT 4 REASONS)
Also, where can I find overworld rain?

ice beam is good so…yeah.
muddy water has low accuracy if not 100-it 50.
