Is it possible to give the following abilities to the following legendary Pokemon when battling them in an attempt to capture them? If so, how?
Rock Head: -Kyogre
Damp: -Azelf -Genesect -Volcanion
Soundproof: -Arceus -Meloetta
Using some commands on Pokemon Showdown:
/ds is short for dexsearch, so those commands search any Pokemon that has either Skill Swap or Entrainment, and that ability. So it looks like you can catch a Mr. Mime and Skill Swap Soundproof.
At the base of Mt. Rose, you can catch Poliwrath (though they’re like 5% encounter rate or less), which I found useful vs Volcanion due to its typing. I’m not sure what Genesect knows, but I suspect that Poliwrath’s typing would be useful vs it as well.
As far as Kyogre goes, you could use a bulky Ghost type that resists Water. I don’t remember what other moves Kyogre has but Jellicent might work.

The problem with that is that Showdown doesn’t show Delta Pokemon (or any sort of weird Insurgence only tutors for Pokemon if such a thing exists for moves like Entrainment and Skill Swap).
