Apperently, the IV’s make the hidden power fighting type which increase its coverage. Sadly, Hidden power’s base damage is only 60. Debating over the last move So far it knows,
Shadow ball Destiny bond Hypnosis Hidden power/EnergyBall/Thunderbolt
What should the last move be?
Thunderbolt has higher power and so does energy ball
go for focus blast instead of hp fighting, i know it is only 70% accurate, but you are not killing anything with hp fighting. If you want a perfect gengar in the current update you should breed a new one with sludge bomb/wave, as the TM´s for those aren´t in the game yet. The last move depends on what your team needs (for ex. if your weak to flying types, take thunderbolt)
So the moveset I would go for is: Shadow Ball Sludge bomb Focus Blast Energy Ball/Thunderbolt/Destiny Bond/Psychic/Will-o-Wisp/Dazzling Gleam
maybe replace hidden power/energy ball/thunderbolt with sludge bomb if available

what skaterflips sad, because that’s really the generic gengar special sweeper set. If you want sets, you can always check smogon, they have sets for nearly every single pokemon
