When I load the game I get to the torren region one year ago screen now and i get this error
Do you have an Arrow1.png on the Pictures folder (inside the Graphics folder on wherever your Insurgence folder is)?
That’s an incomplete download/extraction. Redownload/Extract again.

Use 7-zip or WinZip instead of the default Windows extractor. The default one is known to cause issues sometimes.
