Game crashes when I get to the hall of fame

Hello,

I have really enjoyed playing this game so far and I’ve reached the champion after a while.
I can beat him fairly easily but when my team enters the hall of fame, the screen goes partly black and shuts off, after which I need to re battle the champion! I’ve seen multiple older posts but with no solutions.

HI,

If you are playing in the current version 1.2.7 , you can try donwloading a previous version, like the 1.2.5 to play the game. To check the version you are playng go to your trainer card, is right next to the time you spent playing the game.

Thank you very much, but doesn’t that mean I will lose my progress?

No, the only way to loss your progress is to start a new game and chose to save on a previous save file or to delete the folder that contains your saved game.

I downloaded the 1.2.5 version and the same thing happened again… is there nothing else to do?
