Character Name: Ratchet
Character Description: A tall, imposing man with unsaturated purple hair with white accents signifying his old age. He is wearing formal clothes, including a sweater vest with a red tie, while also wearing the same type of pants that Anastasia has on her overalls with brown cargo boots. He is in his mid fifties, and is the father of Anastasia. He is the owner of the Utira Town Library, and kept away from all of the cultist shenanigans that ensued throughout the protagonists journey. He is a very knowledgeable man who has studied the mechanics of the technology used in modern societies, such as how the Pokeball functions while encapsulating a Pokemon, the science of Potions, and the fact that people can fit bikes in their bags. Ratchet, while very wise, is arrogant and abrasive, and prefers to keep himself in his lab along with his Bisharp and many Steel, Ground, and Electric Types. He keeps to his work and has had a part in developing some of the more essential items for Pokemon, such as the Up-Grade item and the Electrizer and Magmarizer.
