Try Shanks, it is fairy type, but you can breed the Sylveon with a ditto for Evee.

Try ‘omer’, I am not sure if their base changed, but i know they had an Evee before. I’ll test it when my game loads…

Ok, based on lesss’s friend safari document, ‘kalfis’ , ‘ketchup’ and ‘nassier’ should all have one, this was created fairly recently so hopefully they work, my game is being a pain so I can’t make sure first, sorry.
