What file do I save the egg generated from the main menu? Also, can I make more than one egg at a time, or do I have to back out and generate a different one? I had generated a bagon egg and then tried one for ditto, and the only move ditto can learn is transform, and I couldn’t get the other moves I’d put in for bagon off the generation screen. So, I backed out, and went back into the generator and it crashed.

The egg generator is indeed for egglockes only, but it crashes occasionally at the moment I think.
I’ve generated several eggs, and tried to start an egglocke, but i get an error message.
What is that error message? Also, I believe you need to have a decent amount of eggs, but I’m not sure how many.
Each egg generated gets saved in a text file(in Pokemon Insurgence 1.1.8\Eggs folder) when you press the generate button.
You have to paste the text of each generated egg(in separate lines) in one text file and save that in the Pokemon Insurgence 1.1.8\Egglocke folder.
After clicking the generate button for one pokemon, you don’t need to go back out, just change the details for the next one. Just make sure that the new egg doesn’t have the previous ones gender, ability and moves. For pokemon that know only one move like ditto, I remember reading somewhere that have that move in all 4 move slots would help prevent crashes. Not sure what you meant by that, could you elaborate?
Yes, it’s exclusively for egglocke and 600 should be the maximum number of eggs that you can load into egglocke per save, though you can generate as many as you want.
@Sleepy Thank you for all the information. I kind of figured out some of that on my own. What I meant was, after I put in all the stuff including the moves for Bagon, and generated that egg, I went to put in for Ditto without logging off and back on, and all the moves for Bagon was still on there. I didn’t know I could put Transform in all 4 slots.
So, for pokemon where they only allow you to put one or two moves, we should duplicate those moves in the other move slots? Or is that only for ditto?
Is there a minimum of eggs I should generate? Also, are duplicates allowed? And once you copy and paste the data from the egg file to the egglocke document, can you delete each generated egg from the egg file, or does it have to stay in both places?
The bagon’s moves being there for the ditto might be causing the trash.
Doing it for every such pokemon is safer (still can’t figure out where I read that), and doing it since the bagon’s moves are there is probably better.
Not sure what would happen when you don’t have eggs left, but loading an egglocke with one egg is possible. Don’t remember reading anything about duplicates but it shouldn’t affect anything. You can delete the individual eggs from the egg folder, they just need to be in the egglocke folder before you start the challengerun.

But I’m not sure what is wrong, even a single mistake might cause the game to crash.
Dunno the numbering of any moves and abilities but is the above an abra? That might be what’s causing the game to crash currently, dunno.
Hm… I was wondering about that when I was choosing the moves. It was showing those different moves including Teleport in the generator.
