In the B1F inner cavern of the Fiery Caverns, you can see this incorrect and confusing tileset before doing the third boulder puzzle:
Also the bridge is not functional until you put the boulder in the place.

Edit: Oh, I read the wiki and supposedly the bridge is on a lower level. Sorry, but the edge of rocks between the two lava pools makes this visually confusing, to the point where you don’t understand why you can’t cross the “smaller” bridge.
