I was wondering if this is possible in this game. I see that it has an egg move of extreme speed but i see no practical way to chain breed it to get this move. Am I not noticing something or is it just not possible?
It’s only available if you breed that dratini with Extremespeed from Dragon’s Den in Heartgold and Soulsilver, so I don’t Think it’s available in Insurgence.
Currently, it isn’t possible. However, there’ll be some way to teach it to dratini (If it follows Z/O, by means of an event move tutor) in the final update.
