This isn’t specfically for Pokémon Insurgence but I thought I’d ask here anyway because I can’t find a definitive answer online. If I for example catch a level 80 wild encounter pokemon, will it have “clean” EV’s, 0 at everything, or randomized or some other system for how it’s calclated? What do I need to do for the pokemon to have 0 EV’s at everything, breeding or just really low level or neither?
Yes, it will start off w clean 0 EVs when you first obtain it. As for resetting EVs, there is an EV resettet that you can buy for your secret base under the “functions” section.
If you are referring to IVs tho, those are set randomly and can only be changed by using an IV stone with the IV changer (also a secret has function) to max a single IV stat of choice of a single Pokémon (aka make that IV stat 31). You cannot however reset this once you max the IV.
