Hi I’m trying to change my Delta Meloetta into the Magician form, but I can’t find the move tutor in No Man’s Land/Alpha Temple. Is it possible my game is bugged and he’s not showing? Or am I totally missing something. I feel like I’ve ran through the entire area completely 2-3 times.
edit: So I found him, you do need to beat E4 rematch. Also you need to Mimic Relic Song from REGULAR Meloetta because the Delta Form cannot learn it. The sprite also does not update until you switch it (Delta Form) out and back in, then everything should be updated. Hope this helps out anyone who’s trying to use Magician Delta Meloetta!
Delta meloetta can’t learn relic song from what I heard but I may be wrong as I never tested it myself. Try going back after the E4 rematch and see if he’s in the room where you fought taen.
Oh, I haven’t done the E4 rematch, does he only show up after that? That would make sense. And if it doesn’t learn Relic Song is there anyway to change D. Meloetta’s forms?
This is on the wiki, I’m assuming it can learn relic song. Never tested it myself, that’s just what I heard. I assume you can teach it then.

Yeah I remember reading that as well as the previous so I wasn’t too sure which was up to date so I wanted to try the move tutor anyway. Just couldn’t find him haha.
