Espurr with Own Tempo Doesn't Get Prankster as Meowstic?

Hi! My Espurr, which had the Hidden Ability “Own Tempo”, keeps this ability when evolved into Meowstic rather than getting Prankster, which is Meowstic’s Hidden Ability.

Is this a bug? Am I missing something? Is it possible to get Meowstic with Prankster?
