Is it possible to get a deino with earth power? It is an egg move, but the garchomp line and the hydreigon line don’t get it by level up…
In regular games, you can do that if you trade over gible from a previous generation iirc. You can’t do it in insurgence, you’ll have to wait till the move tutor is available.
